Delivery & Returns
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail '1st Class Signed For' which will require a signature on arrival. Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (with the exception of public bank holidays).
Express orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next day and will also require a signature.
UK CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF:

- Thur 21 Dec - Special Delivery Guaranteed
- Thur 21 Dec - 1st Class and 1st Class Signed For
International orders are generally delivered within 3-6 working days, however can be subject to customs delay.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail “International Signed For” services. Please note as stated in the terms and conditions that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these it is of the recipients responsibility to settle these charges. If you would like express international delivery, please contact us and we can give you a quote for this.

- Wed 6 Dec - Cyprus, Malta, Asia, Far East, Eastern Europe (expect Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia)

Refunds and Exchanges
We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of receipt provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Returns can be sent to the address on the invoice. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached in their original packaging.
Please take care with unpacking and repacking. Please also ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. E-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
